・Tart made with fermented rice and ayu eggs cream.Micro vegetables on top./Capsule of tomato.
・ Prosciutto(uncured ham)broth.

Antipasti (2Starters)
・Simmerd octopus with sauteed several kind of mushrooms from Europe and cucumber.

・Soft pumpkin mousse and foie gras terrine with foam of rosemary tea.
Primi Piatti (Pasta/Risotto)
・Chitarra:Handmade long pasta made with oriental pickling melon puree,several kind of cucumber,zucchini(and its vine,stem,leaves),pumpukin seeds and Sudachi-citrus.
・Grelled corn and hairy crab meat risotto.
            Hairy crab ragu sause on top.
Secondo Piatto (Main dish)
・Low temperature roasted lamb with roasted red bell pepper sause made wuth some spices and aging potato from Murakami farm.
※You may change maindish to Charcoal roasted dry aging beef with Jerusalem artichoke puree,maldon sea salt,black pepper, crude green pepper , horseradish.( additional fee ¥2,500 )
